Location of performance / Site: Albersdorf, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, Europe
Period: Dec 2020 - Jun 2021
Description

The commissioning of the project took place in December 2020 and was realized in 5 months. The container production and assembly of all attachment components was carried out by the company UGN. It is a single biogas filter module without a cabinet. For the first time, a control cabinet with a small controller for heating/fresh water supply was installed in this type of system. This installation was carried out by the company Maschinentechnik Bachmann. Furthermore, a reinforced, fixed bulk was installed at the inspection opening for filter material removal. This should facilitate the change of filter material. The filter module must be connected independently to all on-site media (heating circuit, air dosing, fresh water supply and condensate removal). A corresponding stainless steel tube serpent and the ball valves are available. The commissioning is also carried out independently with the support of the company P. W. Thielemann GmbH.
